题 目 人力资源管理工作外包研究 英文题目 Research on human resource management outsourcing摘 要人力资源外包在当下中小企业中尤为盛行,所谓的人力资源外包就是指企业把内部的某些不带有商业机密的、重复繁琐的、常规性的人力资源管理工作外包给第三方机构,而此第三方机构通常是该项业务的专业机构,凭借着代接企业人力资源管理工作而换取相对应的报酬。而本文通过对大量中小企业的人力资源外包政策进行分析与案例研究,利用自身从校内学到的知识相结合企业现状,对企业目前的现状与问题进行针对性的建议和对策剖析。而同时也希望通过在从不同的中小企业的人力资源管理工作外包战略规划中,能学习到更深层次的知识以进一步地武装自己,学习更多的实践知识。关键词:人力资源管理; 外包; 风险; 双赢; 战略AbstractHuman resources outsourcing that is especially popular in the small and medium-sized enterprises, the so-called human resource outsourcing refers to the enterprise the internal some with no commercial secrets of the tedious, repetitive, routine work of human resource management outsourcing to third parties, and the third party agencies is usually the business of professional institutions, by virtue of a generation to meet the enterprise human resources management and exchange corresponding reward.Based on a large number of small and medium enterprises, human resources outsourcing policy analysis and case study, using their own from the school to learn knowledge combined enterprise present situation, for suggestions and the countermeasure analysis on enterprise current situation and existing problems.
