I和众有限公司人员培训问题及对策研究内 容 摘 要随着现代企业的飞速发展,企业对人才的重视程度日益空前,企业的持续发展离不开人才的培养。尤其是在快速发展的餐饮行业当中,优胜劣汰的环境促使企业必须不断进步,不断改革。在这样的背景下,有效地解决企业现有的人员培训问题尤为重要。本文以广州市和众公司为研究对象,通过对和众公司的员工进行访谈,结合培训相关理论及国内外学者对企业人员培训问题的研究,针对和众公司在培训方面存在的问题进行分析。发现目前和众公司在培训需求方面未能得到满足,在培训实施方面存在培训内容匮乏、培训方法单一、内部培训师能力不足的情况,在培训效果评估方面存在忽视评估的重要性和评估对象及评估方法单一的问题。针对该公司存在的问题,提出企业可以通过加强对员工培训需求调查和分析,严格把控培训实施过程,强化培训评估效果这三个方面解决企业目前存在的问题。关键词:人员培训;培训需求;培训实施;培训评估 IIResearch on the Training Problems and Countermeasures of Hezhong CompanyAbstractWith the rapid development of modern enterprises, enterprises attach more importance to talents than ever before.
