浅析房产中介公司客户管理—以无锡新联康房地产有限公司为例摘要:客户关系管理(客户关系管理)是全球各企业继 ERP 之后关注的方向。自上世纪九十年代起,这种新型企业管理模式开始被西方国家普遍应用,并取得很大成功。客户关系时代的来临使企业认识到客户关系对自身经营与管理的重要性。长期稳定的客户关系对培育和增强旅行社的核心竞争优势具有更重要的意义,尤其是互联网时代又为客户关系管理带来了新的思考。本文以麦田房产经纪公司为例,分析了房产中介公司客户管理存在的问题,并给出了相应对策,希望为房产中介公司客户管理方面的研究提供一些参考。关键词:房产中介;客户管理;问题Abstract:Customer relationship management (客户关系管理) is the focus of global companies following ERP. Since the 1990s, this new type of enterprise management model has been widely used in Western countries and has achieved great success.
