北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计日产轩逸制动器设计日产轩逸制动器设计摘 要本文是基于日产轩逸轿车的车型数据,进行制动器的设计。通过查阅相关参数,依照制动系统设计手册对日产轩逸制动器进行了设计。其中,通过分析汽车参数以及对汽车进行受力分析,对制动器动力分配系数、同步附着系数、动力分配系数、最大制动力矩、制动效率等参数进行了计算。对一些标准件进行选型。对制动块、制动盘、制动轮缸等进行了设计。之后对机构中零部件的强度进行校核,确保零部件满足使用要求。通过一系列的计算和设计使制动器达到了设计要求,并且对制动器温升和制动时间进行了优化,提升制动器整体性能。最后使用 CAD 绘图软件绘制零件图和装配图。关键词:盘式制动器;制动系统1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Optimum Design of Nissan Sylphy Brake SystemAbstract This paper is based on the model data of Nissan Sylphy sedan car to design brakes.Nissan Sylphy Brake was designed according to the Brake System Design Manual by consulting relevant parameters.Among them, the brake power distribution coefficient, synchronous adhesion coefficient, power distribution coefficient, maximum braking moment, braking efficiency and other parameters are calculated by analyzing the vehicle parameters and the force analysis on the vehicle.Select some standard parts.The brake block, brake disc and brake wheel cylinder are designed.After that, the strength of the parts in the mechanism is checked to ensure that the parts meet the use requirements.Through a series of calculation and design, the brake meets the design requirements, and the brake temperature rise and braking time are optimized to improve the overall performance of the brake.Finally, CAD drawing software is used to draw part drawings and assembly drawings.Keywords: disc brake;braking system2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计目 录1 前言.......................................................................
