本科论文摘 要我国商业银行在内求外需的推动下,核心业务正在发生转移,利润的来源从传统的存贷款业务逐渐转向个人理财业务。个人理财业务是以生命周期、资产组合、市场细分等理论为基础。银行会结合客户自身资产情况,为其提供个性化服务。本文首先对我国商业银行个人理财业务发展历程、发展现状进行总结,指出我国商业银行个人理财业务发展中出现的问题。其次对外国商业银行个人理财业务发展历程进行梳理,介绍美国 SigFig、Motif Investing、WealthFront 等公司为客户提供理财服务的案例,提炼出美国个人理财业务以客户需求为中心、理财产品种类多、注重树立品牌、擅长运用智能理财技术等特点。最后通过对国内外银行个人理财业务介绍,总结出我国个人理财业务中理财服务人员素质、居民理财知识普及度、对科技的应用、树立企业品牌等存在不足,针对这些不足之处提出相应的建议。关键词:个人理财业务,国内外,现状,对策本科论文AbstractChina's commercial banks Driven by internal demand and external demand, the core business is shifting from traditional deposit and loan business to personal financial business.
