浅析山地别墅的规划设计

摘要山地别墅最为讲究的是一定要根据山地本身的地貌特点，资源优势在尽可能维护其植被原生态的情况、不影响其地貌环境的情况下打造建筑产品。总的来说山地别墅并不想现当代普通别墅般有排列式的队形，别墅与别墅之间的楼距也是不等的，如此自然也就形成了因地而异，具有不同风采的山地别墅，既有社会化的楼宇进入同时也有自然景观的存在，互相依偎。也是因为如此施工上也一定得保证山地本身的形态和景观，大型机器器械的进入势必会破坏其的原生态，也就不会大幅度的加入人工干预。无论从建筑还是设计上都是优先考虑自然景观材料的运用。从设计层面上讲山地别墅是现有环境，之后才是建筑。构造景观朝向规划设计不一，景观的设计也需要模拟不同的自然景观。关键词：规划设计；山地别墅；自然景观1AbstractThe most important thing about mountain villas is that they must build building products according to their own geomorphological characteristics, and the advantages of resources are to maintain their vegetation as much as possible without affecting their geomorphological environment.
