浅析我国破产重整制度摘要:破产重整制度是我国在社会主义市场经济和企业发展中制定的一项公平解决企业债务的制度。让企业能够在破产中清理自身债务，帮助其进行新的发展。对破产而言，企业破产涉及到的利益关系众多，一旦在破产中不能达到各方诉求就容易出现因破产制度引发各方矛盾，这就显得破产重整制度的重要性。通过破产重整制度制定，实际上是让企业在破产中重整，优化各方利益，平衡各方利益，避免因利益不平衡引发的矛盾和其他新的问题。在我国法律健全过程中，也会尊重各方利益，注重公平与效率。由此，才有了本文对我国破产重整制度的分析和研究。关键词：破产；破产重整制度；利益A Brief Analysis of China's Bankruptcy Restructuring SystemABSTRACT: The bankruptcy reorganization system is a fair system for solving enterprise debts formulated in the socialist market economy and enterprise development in China. Let enterprises clear up their debts in bankruptcy and help them develop in a new way. As far as bankruptcy is concerned, there are many interests involved in enterprise bankruptcy. Once the demands of all parties can not be met in bankruptcy, it is easy to cause contradictions among all parties because of bankruptcy system, which shows the importance of adequate bankruptcy system. The formulation of bankruptcy reorganization system is actually to let enterprises reorganize in bankruptcy, optimize the interests of all parties, balance the interests of all parties, and avoid contradictions and other new problems caused by the imbalance of interests. In the process of perfecting our law, we will respect the interests of all parties and pay attention to fairness and efficiency.
