宁波保税区跨境电商进口模式探析宁波保税区跨境电商进口模式探析摘 要近几年来，“互联网+”和“跨境电商”逐渐成为当下频繁出现的热词，人们的生活条件大大改善，对海外跨境商品的需求愈加强烈，我国在政策层面持续发力抓紧布局迎合人民群众多元化的跨境购物需求。一直以来，我国跨境购以发展跨境电商出口为重点方向，伴随着我国跨境电商平台的增多以及国内消费者对跨境网购的普及，我国的跨境电商进口规模不断在扩大。宁波是我国首批经由海关总署批准设立的跨境电商试点城市之一，主要依托保税区备货模式发展，近年来宁波跨境电商业务成绩位居全国前列。鉴于此，本文结合我国跨境电商现状，通过对宁波保税区跨境电商进口现状的研究，通过比较分析的研究方法，深入探析宁波跨境电商保税备货模式，通过与直邮进口模式对比，认为电商企业借助保税备货模式发展跨境电商进口业务，对我国经济的发展有着非常积极的促进作用，同时对当前存在的不足提出相应的建议以及应对策略，从而探寻出一条适合宁波跨境电商进口发展更为较为系统的道路，为跨境电商在全国范围的试点工作提供可借鉴经验。关键词：宁波保税区；跨境电商；保税备货模式；进口北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Analysis on the import mode of Cross-border E-Commerce in Ningbo bonded areaAbstractFor the past few year，we can feel that "Internet +" and "cross-border e-commerce" have become popular words，and cross-border e-commerce has been developing fast in China.
