摘 要近年来服务行业发展迅速，与服务行业紧密相关的酒店业也以迅猛之势发展。而酒店业属劳动密集型行业，通过在酒店实习之后发现国内酒店普遍存在员工高流失率的情况，这样也影响和制约了酒店的发展。兰天大酒店在福清当地是一家很有特色的老牌酒店了，同时也以温馨的服务和过硬的技能赢得了大量消费者的好评。随着当下酒店行业的发展，年轻酒店的崛起，竞争也越演越烈。而酒店企业文化作为一种看不见摸不着的管理文化却对酒店的发展具有非凡意义，一个人的深度取决于文化的厚度企业也是，企业的领导者如果能够把酒店的企业文化融入到日常的管理当中，必定能够带动企业长远稳定的发展，增强酒店的核心竞争力，为企业的发展提供源源不竭的动力。关键词：企业文化；文化建设；酒店员工AbstractIn recent years, the service industry develops rapidly, and the hotel industry, which is closely related to the service industry, also develops rapidly.
