大丰港港口物流发展对策研究摘 要一个国家的经济发展中，物流业发挥着不可或缺的作用。港口物流不仅可以动员港口经济，还可以促进城市的对外贸易实力，保证经济的快速发展。2006 年6 月大丰港获批成为国家一类对外开放口岸，港口发展逐步上升到国家战略层次在这个前提下，本文对大丰港物流发展的基本情况进行详细的阐述，再运用SWOT 分析法对大丰港的自身优劣、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了深度分析，并且在当前大丰港港口货物吞吐量的基础上，运用灰色预测模型对未来三年货物吞吐量进行预测分析，从而对大丰港的港口物流发展提出一些具有针对性的对策与建议【关键词】大丰港；港口物流；SWOT 分析法；灰色预测模型Research on Development Countermeasure of Dafeng Port LogisticsAbstractIn the development of the national economy, the logistics industry’s role is very important.
