本科论文摘 要随着社会经济的快速发展，经济全球化已然成为趋势，企业之间的竞争在不断加剧，不可避免的我国企业面临着各种挑战和机遇。科学的财务管理不仅能够有效的预防和降低企业风险，还能提升企业经济效益，为企业发展战略的制定奠定了良好的基础，更是保证企业持续发展的关键。如果企业以长久发展为目的，就必须意识到企业财务管理中内部控制的重要性。基于此，本文首先阐述了内部控制的概念、并以建筑企业为例分析了其存在的内部控制问题；然后，探讨企业财务管理存在的内部控制问题；最后，针对企业内部控制问题提出应对之策。本文对于企业财务管理水平的提高、企业内部控制水平的加强有一定的帮助，对企业加速发展也具有一定的参考价值。关键词：财务管理，内部控制，风险本科论文Abstract With the rapid development of social economy, economic globalization has become a trend, so that the competition between enterprises is also increasing, and the inevitable Chinese enterprises are also facing various challenges and opportunities.
