企业存货管理的问题探析摘要：存货是企业为了达到正常生产经营活动的目的而持有的流动性资产，这种流动性资产是给企业带来经济利益所不可缺少的资源。目前，存货在企业流动资产中占据了非常大的比重，使得存货更加体现了在产品供应、产出、销售的关键价值，但在大数据经济发展的当下，存货管理依旧存在制度不完善，存货管理不科学，缺乏有效的内部监督，管理人员专业素质缺乏，信息化程度不高等问题，限制了企业的发展。本文通过研究企业存货管理中出现的问题，提出针对性的完善企业管理环境建设的各项对策建议，从而推动企业管理的高效率性。关键词：存货管理；内部控制；信息化建设 The problem of inventory management in enterprisesAbstract Inventory is the liquid assets held by enterprises in order to achieve the purpose of normal production and operation activities.
