企业存货管理探讨论文

本科论文摘 要随着经济的快速发展，管理水平的提高，存货管理在企业的运营中的作用也越来越重要。存货作为企业的流动资产，在大多数企业中几乎占据了流动资产的一半左右，并且流动资产的变现能力会影响企业的正常运营，而存货作为流动资产却是流动资产中流动性最差的流动资产，因此企业要想全面提高管理水平就要进一步提高对存货管理的要求本文首先对存货管理以及存货管理的重要性做了相关的解释，并介绍了存货国内和国外的发展情况，然后针对存货普遍存在的一些问题提出了相关的建议，最后结合了美的公司的存货管理分析对其公司进行了简要的概述，并且分析公司存在的问题提出了相关的解决措施，最后的结论对全文进行了简单的总结。关键字 存货，存货管理，探讨Abstract本科论文With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of management level, the role of inventory management in the operation of enterprises is becoming more and more important. Inventory, as the current assets of enterprises, accounts for almost half of the current assets in most enterprises, and the liquidity ability of current assets will affect the normal operation of enterprises, while inventory as current assets is the most illiquid current assets in current assets.
