技术贸易壁垒河南省农产品出口

摘 要河南省是我国农作物生产大省之一，农产品是最有利可图的传统出口方式之一。但是近年来，对农产品进出口贸易实施一定程度的技术贸易壁垒是发达国家保护本国经济免遭损失的最常用方法，特别是对蔬菜及水果的进口，这样做则会直接造成河南省农产品出口优势下降。本文通过了解技术贸易壁垒的形式和相关案例，结合国内外学者相关研究，进一步了解我省农产品的发展现状和出口形势，总结河南省农产品出口受到技术贸易壁垒限制的原因，并从短期和长期两个维度分析其对河南省农产品出口造成的影响。根据本文所总结的河南省农产品存在的主要问题，对政府和农产品生产者提出有针对性的建议。关键词：技术贸易壁垒；河南省；农产品出口； ABSTRACTHenan is a major crop production provinces in China many agricultural provinces, and crop products are the most advantageous traditional export methods. However, in recent years, implementing certain TBT to foreign trade in crop products is the most commonly used method for developed countries to protect their economies from losses, especially the import of vegetables and fruits, which will directly lead to the decline of export advantages of crop products in Henan .Through understanding the forms of TBT and related cases, through relevant research by scholars at home and abroad, this paper further understands the development and export of corp products in Henan , summarizes the reasons why the export of crop products in Henan is restricted by TBT , and from the short-term and long-term two dimensions analysis of the impact on Henan Province's crop exports.
