中小学体育教师核心竞争力的探析摘 要“振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的希望在教师。”在学校教育中学校体育非常重要，学校体育可以增进学生身体健康，心理健康，以及提高社会适应能力，体育教师在其中起到非常关键的作用。为了构建中小学体育教师的核心竞争力要素模型，采取文献资料梳理法等，对中小学体育教师的核心竞争力进行探析研究表明：技术层面的实效性和协调性等指标非常重要，技能层面的教学设计以及合理的教学方法很重要，在心智层面要求对知识进行及时更新和提高课程开发的能力，在价值观层面需要做到爱岗敬业、关爱学生。建议：要提高技术动作的实效性，重视课程的理解和设计，及时更新知识以及做到最基本的爱岗敬业和关爱学生。关键词：学校体育；体育教师；核心竞争力 Abstract"The hope of rejuvenating the nation is in education, and the hope of vitalizing education lies in teachers."."
