I摘 要幼儿园班级教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,是我国学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段。3-6 岁是幼儿性别意识发展的重要阶段,在这一时期引导幼儿进行健康的性别角色建立对幼儿的终身发展具有重要意义。本研究将针对男性教师提出促进幼儿性别教育的建议。本研究共四章。第一章为绪论,讲述了进行本次研究的缘起和意义,界定了相关概念,还对相关文献进行了综述。第二章为研究设计,通过问卷对临汾市部分幼儿家长进行调查,了解男性教师对幼儿性别意识发展影响。第三章论述在现实生活中男性教师开展性别教育活动所存在的问题,并分析造成这种现状的原因。第四章针对第三章男性教师开展幼儿性别教育存在的问题,为促进男性教师对幼儿性别意识发展起到有利作用的建议。关键词:男性教师;性别意识;性别教育IIAbstractKindergarten class education is an important part of basic education, which is the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in China. 3-6 years old is an important stage in the development of children's gender awareness.
