家长素质对小学生成长的影响VIP专享

摘 要家长素质是家庭教育的基础，拥有良好素质的家长能给小学生带来优质的教育。运用问卷调查法，研究家长的心理素质、道德素质以及教育素质对于小学生成长的影响。调查表明：家长对自身不良行为约束力小，情绪控制能力差；家长陪伴学生时间少；家长与学生之间的沟通方式欠佳；家长重智育轻美育的问题。面对这些问题，家长应该培养自身的个性特征，建立积极的心态；善于控制自己的情绪、行为，提高道德修养；建立家长教育机构，提高终身学习的意识，从而促进小学生健康成长。关键词：家长素质；心理素质；道德素质；教育素质IAbstractThe quality of parents is the basis of family education. Only parents with good quality can bring high quality education to primary school students. By means of questionnaire, this paper studies the influence of parents' psychological quality, moral quality and educational quality on the growth of primary school students. The investigation shows that: parents on their own bad behavior little binding, emotional control ability is poor; Parents spend less time with students; Poor communication between parents and students; Parents' preference for intellectual education over aesthetic education.
