本科论文摘 要:随着经济发展，企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈，企业要激烈的竞争中稳住脚跟并拔得头筹，就要重视企业文化的支撑作用。企业在发展企业文化过程中如何让企业文化发挥作用的问题也随之而来。本论文针对企业文化规制类载体层面，通过分析总结，找出企业文化发展的新途径，通过对多个规制类载体类型的整理，结合我国企业发展现状，对企业文化规制类载体进行研究，提出了一些发展企业文化规制类载体的意见，望能为企业发展提供帮助。关键词 企业文化，文化载体，规制 ABSTRACTWith the development of economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.
