北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 民航飞机驾驶舱挡风玻璃破裂原因民航飞机驾驶舱挡风玻璃破裂原因摘 要提起飞机技术性要求非常高的部件,很少有人会提及驾驶舱挡风玻璃的研发难度,但在现实生活中,飞机挡风玻璃却扮演着重要作用。本文首先介绍了飞机挡风玻璃与其他高科技产品的相似,且现在关键技术依然掌握在国外大公司手中。接着文中分析飞机挡风玻璃的特殊功能及重要作用,并从外层、内层、中间层及胶合层的角度具体分析了飞机挡风玻璃的结构,认为结构层和非结构层各司其职才能有效发挥挡风玻璃作用。其次文中分析了飞机挡风玻璃的受载情况,这与飞机的飞行环境,飞行安全性要求与玻璃的安装结构有很大关系,是飞机挡风玻璃设计的基础。接着文中从潮气入侵导致外层玻璃破裂,对细小损伤的忽视导致破裂,复合玻璃本身缺陷导致疲劳破裂,人为原因与外来物撞击等角度分析了可能造成挡风玻璃破碎的原因。并提出一定的解决方案,其关键点还是加强结构设计与原材料的把关上。最后文中认为个人应理性看待飞机事故,并在乘坐飞机时积极做好个人防护。关键词:民航飞机 挡风玻璃 外层 内层 材料I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 The causes of windshield rupture in cockpit of civil aviation aircraftAbstractWhen it comes to the most technically demanding parts of an airplane, few people mention the difficulty of developing a cockpit windshield, but in real life, an airplane windshield plays an important role.
