民间借贷风险防范中小企业高利贷

本科论文摘 要在我国发展的新时期，社会经济不断发展，一些国有企业发展迅速，但企业的发展壮大是离不开融资的，由于资金紧张，一些公司难以进一步发展。民间借贷在这时迅速发展，本文主要从民间借贷的概述，发展现状分析，风险分析和风险防范的措施这几个方面以及针对我国中小企业的民间借贷分析进行了探讨。总结得出在加强监管的前提下，政府积极引导，我国民间借贷才能健康发展，进一步推进我国市场经济的发展的结论。关键词：民间借贷，风险防范，中小企业，高利贷本科论文AbstractIn the new era of China's development, with the continuous development of social economy, some state-owned enterprises are developing rapidly, but the development and growth of enterprises are inseparable from financing.
