I摘 要目前平煤神马集团企业物流只有一项业务，那就是仓储管理。本文主要针对平煤神马集团企业的物流信息系统进行研究研究后发现该公司现有的物流信息系统难以对当前公司的业务需求进行满足，因此在公司的运营过程中如果出现了新的业务需求的话也没有办法得到及时有效的满足。本文针对性地对该公司日常业务中可能出现的的业务需求进行统计分析，研究了开发更加适配公司实际需求的管理系统的必要程度。通过在总结国内外信息管理系统设计常用方法的基础之上，结合公司日常运营中的实际需求进行了全新的公司信息管理系统设计。本文首先对平煤神马集团的公司信息与背景进行了必要的研究，以方便后续对其业务需求进行分析。并对当前国内外较为常用的仓储作业工作实施的步骤进行了简要的阐述，其中主要包含对于提升仓储效率以及针对仓储管理系统原理的讨论；然后对公司当前使用的信息管理系统的功能进行了研究讨论，根据公司当前所使用的系统中所包含的不足之处，并对配合系统对公司的业务流程进行研究，得出当前系统所需要添加的新功能；最后在基于之前对于公司信息管理系统功能需求的基础上进行了公司信息管理系统的设计与实施。 关键词：平煤神马集团企业；仓储作业；管理信息系统 IIABSTRACTSAt present, Pingma Shenma Group's enterprise logistics has only one business, that is, warehouse management.
