企业项目投资风险分析与决策建议----以格力新能源汽车项目为例中文摘要投资是企业重要的经济活动，而在各种投资活动中，项目投资是其中最为重要的一种投资方式，也是企业实现自身增值的一种重要方式。但是项目投资需要投入大量的资金，而且大部分的投资都需要经过较长的时间才能够收回。可是这段时间受到政策、经济、技术管理、市场等各种因素的影响，所投资的项目需要承担一定的风险。本文运用 SWOT 分析方法，通过对格力新能源汽车项目的投资风险因素进行分析，发现了该项目在多个方面存在不足，例如竞争对手强劲、跨界造车风险问题突出以及选择的合作伙伴珠海银隆能力尚且不足等问题。针对上述问题，提出了引入风险投资、众筹和并购方式的应对策略，以及从事前、事中、事后三个方面来解决这些问题的建议。关键词：项目投资，投资风险分析，格力新能源汽车IEnterprise project investment risk analysis and decision-making suggestions----taking Gree new energy vehicle project as an exampleAbstractInvestment is an important economic activity of enterprises, while project investment and one of the main ways for enterprises to expand the scale of operation, which is related to the future development and competitiveness of enterprises.
