北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 450 吨乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯毕业设计年产 450 吨乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯工艺设计摘 要本设计是年产 450 吨无毒增塑剂乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的工艺设计,原料主要是柠檬酸、正丁酵、醋酸酐,催化剂采用浓硫酸。介绍了乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的物理性质和它的广泛用途,展望了应用前景,介绍了乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯中酯化反应和乙酰化反应催化剂的最新研发成果,在综合考虑了产品收率、工艺成熟程度等因素后,本设计采用浓硫酸为催化剂合成乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的工艺。本设计对每个操作单元进行物料衡算,确定每个单元原料的消耗量,产物生成量。对工艺中换热器进行了能量衡算,计算出各换热器的换热面积、冷却水、加热蒸汽等的消耗量。通过计算出的物料衡算和能量衡算的结果及工艺条件,对本工艺主要设备酯化釜、脱醇塔、酰化釜、脱酸塔进行了选型。本设计还绘制了主要设备结构图,物料流程 PFD 图、带控制点的工艺流程图 PID 图及车间平面布置图。关键词:柠檬酸三丁酯;乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯;工艺设计;物料衡算;能量衡算北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Process Design of 450 t/a Tributyl AcetylcitrateAbstractThis design is based on citric acid, n-butanase, acetic anhydride as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, 450 tons of non-toxic plasticizer acetyl tributyl citrate process design.In this paper, the properties and application of tributyl acetylcitrate are introduced, and its application prospect is prospected. The latest research progress of esterification and acetylation catalysts in tributyl acetylcitrate is compared comprehensively. After considering the factors such as product yield and process maturity, it is determined to synthesize tributyl acetylcitrate with concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.According to the process operation unit, the material balance is carried out for each operation unit to determine the consumption of raw materials and product generation of each unit.
