酱香型白酒工厂设计

摘要本设计为产量 4000 吨\年的酱香型白酒的工厂设计，设计完全引用传统的、成熟的酱香型加工工艺。原料选用无化学成分添加的和无农药喷洒的纯天然原材料。除了酿造工艺、酿酒原料的使用以外，酿酒地的选址也十分重要。厂址选在铜仁碧江区川硐镇，该地区拥有丰富的地下矿泉水资源，水质非常好，无污染，气候分明。 特殊的地理位置对于微生物酿造酱香的栖息地和繁殖非常有用。 关键词：酱香型；工厂设计；传统AbstractThis design is the factory design of Maotai flavor liquor with the output of 4000 tons / year. The design completely refers to the traditional and mature processing technology of Maotai flavor liquor. Raw materials shall be pure natural raw materials without chemical addition or pesticide spraying. In addition to the use of brewing technology and raw materials, the site selection of brewing area is also very important. The plant site is located in Chuandong Town, Bijiang District, Tongren. The area is rich in underground mineral water resources, with excellent water quality, pollution-free and clear climate.
