摘要本设计为产量 4000 吨\年的酱香型白酒的工厂设计,设计完全引用传统的、成熟的酱香型加工工艺。原料选用无化学成分添加的和无农药喷洒的纯天然原材料。除了酿造工艺、酿酒原料的使用以外,酿酒地的选址也十分重要。厂址选在铜仁碧江区川硐镇,该地区拥有丰富的地下矿泉水资源,水质非常好,无污染,气候分明。 特殊的地理位置对于微生物酿造酱香的栖息地和繁殖非常有用。 关键词:酱香型;工厂设计;传统AbstractThis design is the factory design of Maotai flavor liquor with the output of 4000 tons / year.
