卡夫食品江苏地区新增物流配送中心选址摘 要随着我国经济的快速发展，物流经济对国民经济的贡献越来越大。物流配送中心选址问题是物流网络中一项非常重要的战略角色，因为它决定了整个物流网络的形状和结构[1]。配送中心选址方案是配送中心建立规划的前提,一个选址合理的配送中心不但能够帮助企业节省大量的费用，还能提高其运作效率。本文首先分析了卡夫食品在江苏地区的发展现状，得出了现有配送中心容量不足会无法满足日益增长的客户需求的问题，从而导致物流整体效率低下。针对此问题卡夫进行新增配送中心的选址，在已有配送中心存在的基础上，以最低总运输费用为优化目标，以满足客户的需求，考虑原有配送中心容量[2]为约束条件，从而建立混合整数规划模型，并且用软件 Lingo 求解，最后确定新增配送中心为扬州配送中心，并且重新划分每个配送中心的服务范围。卡夫食品在江苏地区新增配送中心有利于优化现如今的物流现状，降低卡夫的物流配送费用，从而帮助企业占据江苏市场的优势，促进企业快速发展。【关键词】卡夫食品；配送中心选址；混合整数规划；Lingo 软件Kraft Foods Jiangsu New Logistics Distribution Center LocationAbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy, the contribution of logistics economy to the national economy is growing.
