北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于价值工程方法的基坑支护方案的比对研究摘 要随着我国城市化的快速稳定发展,城市土地资源日益紧张,现在的城市建设渐渐开始利用地下空间和向高层建筑发展,但在基坑工程施工时,基坑事故频发。从上世纪 40 年代开始就有大量学者对基坑支护结构进行研究,且许多成果沿用至今。在当前基坑支护结构类型较多的情况下,针对项目自身特点及周边环境合理选用基坑支护结构对工程安全性和降低成本有着十分重要的作用。本文首先阐述了几种常用基坑支护结构类型的特点及适用范围,主要研究了价值工程理论如何应用于项目方案比对中,并通过深圳某小学扩建工程实例运用价值工程对基坑支护结构各个方案的功能、成本间的关系进行分析,最后利用价值系数选出最优方案,从而达到选用的方案既保证基坑安全、又能有效控制成本,达到利益最大化。关键词:基坑支护 合理选用 价值工程 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractThe increasing speed of urbanization has made our country's urban land resources increasingly scarce, so now urban construction is gradually making the use of underground space and developing to high-rise buildings, but foundation pit accidents occur frequently during construction of foundation pits.
