中 文 题 目：基于模糊综合评价法的太原市空气质量评价英 文 题 目：Evaluation of Air Quality in Taiyuan City Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method 摘 要当前，中国大气污染形势严峻。以可吸入颗粒物、细颗粒物为特征污染物的区域性大气环境问题日益突出，影响人类身心健康、生态平衡以及社会安全。太原市是一座有着悠久历史和深厚文化的古城，也是我国重要的能源、化工基地。对我国的经济发展起着举足轻重的作用。长期依赖矿产开采、化工冶炼的产业结构在给太原市发展带来契机的同时，也对生态环境尤其是大气环境造成了严重的损害。改革开放以来，党和国家高度重视环境保护。环保措施力度加大，环保投入大幅增加，但是环境污染问题依然严重，生态恶化的趋势尚未得到有效遏制。因此，改善空气质量,控制大气污染,已成为太原市可持续发展的必要条件之一。本论文针对太原市城市空气污染状况，考虑到环境空气质量评价存在定量上的模糊性，通过实地调查和已知数据的分析，运用模糊综合评价法对太原市空气质量进行评价，结果表明太原市以颗粒物污染为主要大气污染特征。随着社会经济快速发展，大气污染物排放总量呈潜在的增加趋势，对全市环境空气质量保持良好构成了巨大的压力。这一结论为太原市城市规划管理和环境综合治理提供了科学依据。关键词：模糊综合评价；太原市；空气质量；1AbstractAt present, China's air pollution situation is grim.
