基于目的论的政治文本英译研究--以外交部发言人例行记者会为例iAbstractBased on the Chinese and English versions of Chinese Foreign Minister Spokesperson’s Regular Press Conference, translation strategies will be analyzed in this paper by applying the three principles of skopos theory, namely, skopos principle, coherence principle and faithfulness principle. Large number of words and idioms with Chinese characteristics are used in Chinese Foreign Minister Spokesperson’s Regular Press Conference. Therefore, when translating, not only faithfulness but also the cultural environment and thinking mode of the target readers should be considered . Only in this way can target readers better understand them. Skopos theory puts the skopos principle first. That is, the purpose of the target text is considered first. In order to achieve the purpose, the translators can adjust the language to achieve the purpose, so the translation strategies under skopos theory are flexible.Key words: Skopos Theory; translation strategies; Chinese Foreign Minister Spokesperson’s Regular Press Conferenceii摘 要本文将以外交部发言人例行记者会的中英文本为原始材料，运用目的论三原则即目的原则、连贯性原则、忠实性原则对翻译策略进行分析。外交部发言人例行记者会中包含大量的中国特色词汇以及成语等，译员进行英译活动时，不仅要忠实于原文，也要考虑目标读者的文化环境、思维方式等。只有这样目标读者才能更好的理解和接受文本内容。目的论将目的原则放在首位，首先考虑目的文本的目的。为了实现目的，译员可以对语言进行调整，因此目的论下的翻译策略是灵活多变的。关键词：目的论；翻译策略；外交部发言人例行记者会iiiTable of ContentsAbstract...........................................................................................................................i摘 要..........................................................................................................................
