摘 要联苯菊酯是一种拟除虫菊酯类农药,作为农作物、果树的杀虫剂,在农业上被广泛运用。在实验条件下,采用环境相关浓度(1,10,100 ng·L-1)的联苯菊酯对健康的褐菖鮋观察为期 50 d 的慢性暴露后,以其卵巢的主要脂质过氧化指标过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果表明:褐菖鮋经过联苯菊酯暴露后,其卵巢 CAT 与 SOD 活性呈下降趋势,其中 CAT 活性在各药物浓度组活性均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);SOD 活性变化趋势与 CAT 相似,但低浓度组下降不显著(p>0.05),中、高浓度组均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);MDA 含量变化呈升高趋势,低浓度组升高不显著(p>0.05),中、高浓度组均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。实验的结果表明,联苯菊酯对于褐菖鮋的毒性高,引起褐菖鮋卵巢的脂质过氧化反应。关键词:褐菖鮋;联苯菊酯;抗氧化防御系统;脂质过氧化AbstractBifenthrin is the pyrethroid pesticides in agriculture, crops, fruit trees are widely used as pesticides.Under the experimental conditions, the health of sebastiscusmarmoratus exposed to Bifenthrin in solution of 1,10,100ng • L-1 50d. Detection of the of Sebastiscus marmoratus testis the main lipid over oxidation indicators of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA).The results show that: after exposure of bocaccio brown to bifenthrin, the activity of CAT and SOD in ovary decreased, and the CAT activity in each drug concentration group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05). The change trend of SOD activity was similar to that of CAT, but the decrease was not significant in the low concentration group (p >, 0.05), and was significantly lower in the medium and high concentration groups than in the control group (p < 0.05).
