落料拉伸复合模具设计摘 要学习、讨论和进展冷冲压技术,对进展我国国民经济和加速现代化工业建设具有重要意义。本文主要是对压紧弹簧座工艺分析及模具设计。首先,对传压紧弹簧座进行了工艺分析,压紧弹簧座外形是圆柱形,确定了毛坯尺寸、拉深次数、模具的结构形式及排样方式;然后选择了合适的压力机,把凹模、凸模的尺寸设计出来、选择了合适的模架、卸料装置、推件装置、导向零件、模柄、凸模和凹模的固定板及垫板,用 CAD 软件绘制了本模具的工程图。关键词:拉伸,圆柱形,工艺分析,冷冲压 BLANKING-DRAWING—COMPOSITE MOLD DESIGNABSTRACTLearning , research and develop the cold stamping technology has a great significance to the development of China’s national economy and the process of accelerating the modernization of industrial construction. In this paper , we mainly discuss the analysis of the process of the compression spring seat and the design of the die. First of all, we analyze the process of the compression spring seat. The shape of the compression spring seat is cylindrical, and the blank size, the number of drawing, the structure form and the arrangement mode of the die are determined。 Secondly, we choose the right machine to design the size of the concave die and punch out , choose the suitable mold, discharging device, the pushing device, guide part, a die shank, a convex die and the concave die fixing plate and plate.
