摘 要直流稳压电源在教学工作、科学研究、产品开发、化工企业、国防军事事业等领域中有着十分广泛的应用。本文使用单片机为微控制器,同时结合了数码管显示、数模转换、模数转换、键盘检测、稳压降压等技术,设计并实现了一款数控稳压电源。本设计以 STC89C52 单片机为核心处理器,使用者可使用键盘按键设置需要输出的直流电压值,由单片机控制数模转换芯片 TLC5615,经过集成运放 LM358 和调整管 TIP122后输出 0-12V 可调电压,之后利用模数转换芯片 ADC0832 对负载上的电压、电流信号进行采样,并将采样后的电压、电流转换为数字信号输入到单片机中。单片机对该数据进行处理后即可判断负载上的电流是否超过安全范围,如果超过则断开电压输出实现过流保护的目的。系统输出电压值使用四位一体数码管进行显示,输出电压的步进值为 0.1V。该产品体积小,工作稳定,安全性高,精度有保障,稍加改造之后有较大的实际应用价值。关键词:单片机;数模转换;电压源;数码管显示 IAbstractDC stabilized voltage power supply is widely used in teaching, scientific research, product development, chemical industry, national defense and military affairs.
