经济特区人才政策对比分析

北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文经济特区人才政策对比分析——以深圳和珠海为例1980 年，中国顺应世界潮流，在借鉴世界各国和地区成立经济特区的经验基础上，全国范围内率先将深圳、珠海、汕头、厦门四座城市设立为经济特区。深圳在一大批优秀人才的支持下，发展成果远高于全国平均水平。而珠海在地理环境，人文背景，经济条件等综合因素的影响下，并没有发展成为像深圳一样的国际性大都市。本文主要针对珠海，深圳两地人才政策内容进行比较，从人才政策方面分析珠海落后于深圳的原因，总结珠海人才政策发展过程中的优势以及存在的问题，并借鉴深圳成功经验，为珠海人才政策体系的改进，发展提供可行性建议。 关键词：珠海；深圳；人才；政策；发展PAGE \* MERGEFORMATV北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn 1980, following the trend of the world, China took the lead in establishing shenzhen, zhuhai, shantou and xiamen as special economic zones on the basis of the experience of other countries and regions. With the support of a large number of outstanding talents, shenzhen's development achievements are far higher than the national average. Under the influence of comprehensive factors such as geographical environment, cultural background and economic conditions, zhuhai has not developed into an international metropolis like shenzhen.
