我国 P2P 网贷的现状及转型问题研究【摘要】P2P 网贷行业的出现满足了民间借贷的需求，为我国中小型企业的发展注入了新鲜血液，然而 P2P 网贷行业缺乏有效的监管，滋生了大量非法经营的问题平台，行业目前遭遇前所未有的危机。本文主要研究我国 P2P 行业发展状况及平台转型问题。一方面，具体了解我国 P2P 网贷的发展历史和现状；另一方面，探究我国 P2P 行业发展过程中存在的问题及平台转型问题，再根据相应问题对 P2P 平台分两个发展方向提出合理化建议。若 P2P 平台继续以 P2P模式发展，本文建议要加快监管立法、完善征信体系、规范内部平台管理以及建立网络安全机制；而 P2P 平台若要转型，本文建议提前做好转型规划、相应调整转型要求以及要加强转型后的监管。【关键词】P2P 网贷；现状；转型；监管；建议 Research on the Status and Transformation of P2P Online Loan in China[Abstract] The emergence of the P2P online lending industry has met the needs of private lending and injected fresh blood into the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. However, the lack of effective supervision of the P2P online lending industry has spawned a large number of illegal operation problem platforms. The industry is currently facing an unprecedented crisis . This article mainly studies the development status of China's P2P industry and the issue of platform transformation. On the one hand, specifically understand the development history and current status of China's P2P online lending; on the other hand, explore the problems existing in the development process of China's P2P industry and platform transformation issues, and then put forward reasonable suggestions for P2P platforms in two development directions according to the corresponding problems.
