广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)快递业“最后一公里”配送模式分析——以顺丰快递为例An analysis of the "last kilometer" distribution mode of express industry——Taking Shunfeng express as an example内容摘要目前,我国电子商务发展得非常迅速,以此同时带动了我国物流快递业的发展,但其存在一定的瓶颈期,而出现这一瓶颈期是快递业“最后一公里”配送所导致的。“最后一公里”的物流配送是电子商务的末端环节,虽是物流快递业中的最后一个环节,但这一环节是极其重要的。物流快递业“最后一公里”是直接连接着消费者的,在直面消费者时,如何快速、安全、低成本地将物品送到消费者手中,让消费者满意,这是物流快递业“最后一公里”最值得重视、也是最需要解决的问题。因此,本文基于顺丰快递公司目前的发展状况,深入研究其“最后一公里”的配送模式,并分析其存在的问题,寻找解决的方法,得出对策和给出建议,还进行一定的物流监管,以达到优化快递业“最后一公里”的配送,提高配送效率、降低配送成本。关键词:最后一公里;配送模式;顺丰快递;对策与建议广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractAt present ,the development of e-commerce in China is very rapid ,which drives the development of China's logistics express industry at the same time ,but there is a certain bottleneck period ,which is caused by the “last kilometer” distribution of express industry .The "last kilometer" logistics distribution is the end of e-commerce .Although it is the last link in the logistics express industrythis link is extremely important.
