北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计矿泉水自动灌装机设计--灌装系统控制设计矿泉水自动灌装机设计--灌装系统控制设计摘 要本论文主要介绍了使用 GX Works 软件编写的可编程控制器程序控制矿泉水灌装机的过程及仿真,实现了自动化生产、实时监测的生产线。本论文着重地讲述了矿泉水灌装机系统控制程序的设计过程,从实际使用的角度出发,结合我国液体灌装机等设备的现状和还存在的一些问题,用在现状社会使用较为广泛且完善的 PLC 控制,提出了基于 PLC 的矿泉水自动灌装机灌装系统控制设计。完成了以下工作:系统启停、水箱控制、灌装过程控制、故障警报控制等。并且进行了模拟仿真以及失败的组态王与 PLC 程序的联合仿真模拟。对提高生产线的自动化程度和实时监控情况有深远的意义。关键词:程序设计、系统仿真、可编程控制器1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of mineral water automatic filling machine -- control design of filling systemAbstractThis paper mainly introduces the process and simulation of the programmable controller programmed by GX Works software to control the mineral water filling machine, and realizes the automatic production and real-time monitoring of the production line.This thesis emphatically tells the story of mineral water filling machine system control program design process, from the perspective of practical use, the present situation of liquid filling machine equipment in China and there are some problems, are more widely used in social and PLC control, puts forward the automatic filler mineral water filling system based on PLC control design.
