经济转型背景下我国中小企业并购融资问题研究摘要:在经济供给侧结构性改革的新背景，并购融资难成为我国中小企业必须直面的挑战 ，而化解这一难题对推动中小企业和我国经济高效和可持续发展具有举足轻重的意义。本文通过五章、三大方面展开。发现我国中小企业存在并购融资渠道单一，成本高，风险大三问题。原因在于企业层面的经营管理问题、市场层的金融体制缺陷、政府层面的扶持力度缺乏和信息不对称。最后提出优化企业资本结构、合理化并购融资方式；提高企业生产经营水平和盈利能力；完善企业管理制度建设；优化企业信息化建设和提高企业资质和信用五点建议。希望本文能够给经济转型背景下的中小企业并购融资带来一定的启示。关键词：中小企业并购融资经济转型Research on the financing of small and medium sized enterprises in China under the background of economic transformationAbstract: With the transformation of China's economic structure, small and medium enterprises are facing new challenges. It is of great significance to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises to promote the healthy growth of SMEs and China's economy. This paper includes five chapter and three main aspects. It is found that the financing channels of China's small and medium-sized enterprises are single, the cost is high, and the risk is high. The reason lies in the enterprise's own management, information asymmetry, financial system defects and lack of government support. Finally put forward relevant suggestions include: optimizing the capital structure of the enterprises, reasonable financing mode; improve production management level and profitability; improve the construction of enterprise management system; improve qualification and credit; five points of enterprise informatization construction optimization.
