600t/天垃圾焚烧发电项目设计600t/天垃圾焚烧发电项目设计摘 要目前使用的各种垃圾处理技术,都具有一定的局限性。本设计提出的垃圾热解燃烧一体化处理方法,充分利用热解和燃烧两种方式的有点,达到将垃圾进行无害化处理以及资源化利用的效果。热解垃圾所用到的热量就由燃烧炉产生的高温循环灰来提供,热解产生的半焦等物质通过在底部的返料器进入循环流化床锅炉进行燃烧。循环流化床锅炉燃烧性能好,可以保证垃圾燃料得到充分燃烧。炉膛出口后布置的一系列的烟气处理设备,保证了烟气的达标外排,达到经济环保双重效益。本论文设计了垃圾热解燃烧一体化处理的工艺流程,对主要换热部件进行了热力计算和结构设计,为垃圾大规模无害化工业装置的设计、开发提供基础数据。 关键词:垃圾;热解燃烧一体化;循环流化床锅炉;热力计算600t/ day waste incineration power generation project designPick toAt present, all kinds of garbage disposal technologies have certain limitations. The integrated treatment method of waste pyrolysis and combustion proposed in this design makes full use of the advantages of pyrolysis and combustion to achieve the effect of harmless treatment and resource utilization of waste. The heat required for pyrolysis is provided by the high temperature circulating ash produced by the combustion furnace, and the semi-coke and other substances produced by the pyrolysis furnace enter the circulating fluidized bed boiler for combustion through the feedback at the bottom. The circulating fluidized bed boiler can ensure the full combustion of waste fuel by virtue of its good combustion characteristics. A series of flue gas treatment equipment arranged after the outlet of the furnace ensures that the flue gas reaches the standard and is discharged to achieve double benefits of economic and environmental protection.
