摘 要伴随着我国的社会主义市场经济发展越来越迅速,在市场经济中酒店行业的竞争也变得越来越大,提高酒店的经济占据旅游市场的一种非常重要的手段就是要提高酒店的餐饮服务质量。我们人类生存和社会发展的前提是餐饮活动,因此酒店餐饮服务质量尤其重要。本文通过对厦门万豪酒店及会议中心餐饮服务质量进行研究,采用实地调查法和问卷调研法了解客人对厦门万豪酒店及会议中心餐饮服务质量的看法,并运用问卷分析整理归纳出问题并制定了提高酒店餐饮服务质量的策略,为其他酒店提供参考借鉴。关键词:酒店餐饮;服务质量;提升策略AbstractWith the development of socialist market economy in our country more and more rapidly, the competition of hotel industry has become more and more great in the market economy. A very important means to improve the hotel economy to occupy the tourism market is to improve the quality of hotel catering service.
