我国融资租赁业务发展中存在问题分析摘 要 融资租赁作为具有融资与融物双重功能的经济形式，对促进国际贸易，推动国民经济发展，加快企业技术创新发挥着重要的作用。同时对于开拓国内市场，优化产业结构，刺激我国基础投资，解决市场供需矛盾产生着积极的促进作用。随着银监会对《金融租赁公司管理办法》的修订，我国融资租赁企业协会正式成立，以及融资租赁行业一系列政策的调整，融资租赁经营环境逐渐向好。虽然自2007 年以来，我国融资租赁业有了长足发展，但是目前我国融资租赁业交易额占GDP 比例，融资租赁渗透率仍低于世界平均水平。本文以我国融资租赁业现状为基础，提出了目前融资租赁业存在的主要问题，探讨如何促进我国融资租赁业发展并提出了相关对策建议。关键字：融资租赁；现状；发展空间 ABSTRACTFinancing lease as a financing with double function of economic form, to promote international trade, promote the development of national economy, accelerate the technological innovation of enterprises play an important role.
