基于BIM技术的建筑工程项目成本管理研究

First review the literature to summarize the research status of this topic at home and abroad. The reason why the construction industry has gradually made progress is the use of BIM technology; then analyze the cost management and BIM technology, first analyze the construction project cost management and its characteristics, as well as traditional cost management The limitations of BIM are analyzed from the cost accounting of BIM and the cost management of the construction stage based on BIM technology. Finally, the actual model constructed by BIM5D technology is cited to illustrate the practical application of BIM technology in cost management.
