辽阳忠兴奥迪专业维修服务中心成本控制问题研究摘要随着我国经济飞速发展，市场机制正处在不断的改革深化中，企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中，争取到一席之地，站稳脚跟，提高企业的经济效益，其中不可或缺的一点就是要做好成本控制和财务管理工作。成本管理是企业财务管理的重要内容,强化成本费用控制,是现代的企业走向发展的重要举措。本文结合辽阳忠兴奥迪专业维修服务中心的实际情况,以达到成本费用的控制为最终目的,先提出成本控制的不可或缺性，再分析该维修中心目前的成本费用方面现状、列举出其在汽车维修、售后、人工等多方面在成本费用控制方面存在的问题并利用因素分析法找到解决的相关方法措施。关键词：汽车维修服务中心；成本控制；财务管理；措施本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy, the market mechanism is also undergoing continuous deepening of reforms.
