本科论文耐克商业有限公司存货管理问题研究 摘 要随着市场经济竞争的不断激烈，我国每年有很多的企业面临着破产危机。其中很大一部分原因就是因为企业资金链的断裂。存货是即将销售的半成品或者产成品，可以增加企业的收益，是一个企业日常生产经营中的重要流动资产。它在一定程度上影响着企业资金的占用率，存货的持有量是企业保持生产和销售平衡的重要影响因素，企业的存货管理的好坏直接影响到企业资金风险的高低，企业的存货太多可能会造成资金的紧张，存货不足则有可能会供不上销售，导致顾客的不满，所以对于存货的管理状况直接关系到了企业的收益情况。企业一定要重视存货管理才能使日常的生产经营活动顺利进行。为使耐克公司对存货进行有效的管理，使公司的存货和资产保持一个相对安全的范围，本文通过对耐克公司的存货管理现状进行研究，分析公司存货管理中存在的问题，经过分析发现存货运营能力较差、存货管理方法落后、存货积压严重、加盟店和直营店的差异等是产生耐克公司存货管理问题的原因，于是，结合公司自身的特点进一步提出了相应的解决对策，希望帮助耐克公司更好的解决存货管理的问题。关键词：存货；存货管理；库存量本科论文AbstractWith the fierce competition of market economy, many enterprises in China are facing the bankruptcy crisis every year.
