基于供应链的文峰连锁超市供应商管理研究 摘 要 由于全球经济一体化趋势的形成,供应链管理这种新型的管理模式在国内外都得到了强烈的认同。在供应链中,供应商的管理很重要,对供应商进行有效的管理,有利于企业降低成本,提高市场竞争力。本文以文峰连锁超市为研究对象,运用供应链管理的理论与方法,改善文峰连锁超市的供应商管理。本文从文峰连锁超市的供应商选择以及合作现状,分析了文峰连锁超市在供应商管理方面存在的问题。文峰连锁超市与供应商之间是短期的竞争关系,超市频繁地更换供应商,导致交易成本、质量成本以及缺货成本都偏高;供应商的选择指标片面,选择方法不科学,局限性大;超市对供应商缺少合理的绩效考核和激励机制。最后,提出了与供应商建立长期的合作伙伴关系,完善供应商选择指标,定期对供应商进行绩效考核,建立激励机制等措施来进行改善。 【关键词】文峰连锁超市;供应链;供应商管理Research on Supplier Management of Wenfeng Chain Supermarket Bassd on Supply Chain Abstract Due to the formation of the trend of global economic integration, supply chain management, the new management model have been strong identification at home and abroad.
