广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）基于 Flexsim 的服装厂成品仓库仿真分析Simulation Analysis of Finished Product Warehouse in Garment Factory Based on Flexsim内容摘要近年来，中国经济的快速发展，人们对质量生活的追求也随之提高，衣服的作用不仅在于遮羞保暖，更在于以高质量、个性化来展现个人形象和生活品质。随着服装款式的多样化，服装厂的成品仓库如何存放货品成为问题。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争，大多数服装企业将精力集中放在生产方面，忽视仓库管理，仓储管理系统落后。其实，仓储管理在企业发展中起着举足轻重的作用，减少仓储成本的支出、解决仓储管理的关键问题才能获得企业的最大利润。本文通过对 H 服装厂的成品仓库布局和出入库作业流程分析，找到该仓库的瓶颈，优化了仓库布局。根据实际布局建立仿真模型并多次运行，找出该模型的关键问题是布局不合理，为减少工作人员行走路线，提高搬运效率，重新规划仓库布局，再次建立仿真模型，优化改进的仿真模型给该服装厂节约了仓库成本，减少了对仓库场地的使用，提高了设备利用率和人员作业效率。关键词：成品仓库；仓库布局；Flexsim；仿真分析AbstractIn recent years, powered by the Chinese economic boom, people's pursuit of quality life has also improved.
