基于 Flutter 的视障人群辅助 APP Assisting APP for visually impaired people based on Flutter摘要中国视障群体约有1731万人,平均不到100个人里就有一个视障人士。随着社会的发展进步,中国对特殊群体的公共保障越来越完善。在现实生活中,盲人最主要的需求就是出行,但是在室外的环境下盲人想独立出行还是一件难事,很多时候都需要人陪同,公共设施还是有待提升。深度学习的原理是利用明眼人标注的已知样本来学习一种规则进行预测未知的样本,这种理念和需要人陪同很相似。Flutter是跨平台的开发框架,可以利用它快速开发移动应用。本文实现的是一款结合深度学习、跨屏台开发框架的手机应用程序,能够帮助盲人在室外环境下出行。关键词:视障群体软件、深度学习、目标检测、跨平台开发AbstractThere are approximately 17.31 million visually impaired groups in China, and there is an average of one visually impaired person per 100 people. With the development of society, China's public security for special groups is becoming more and more perfect. In real life, the main need of the blind is to travel, but in the outdoor environment, it is still difficult for blind people to travel independently. Many times they need to be accompanied, and public facilities still need to be improved. The principle of deep learning is to use a known sample marked by a bright eye to learn a rule to predict an unknown sample. This concept is very similar to the need for someone to accompany. Flutter is a cross-platform development framework that can be used to quickly develop mobile applications.
