摘 要近几年,我国企业市场竞争随着经济的快速发展演变的更加激烈,众多国有企业的人力资源管理发展在改革的道路上面临着紧要检验。面对每年都不断快速递增的应届毕业生人数(截止到 2019 年即将面临毕业与就业问题的应届生有 834 万人,比 2018 的应届毕业生人数同比增加 14 万人),针对性强、高效快捷的网络校园人才市场招聘工作模式成为众多国有企业吸纳优秀人才和及时储备国有企业新鲜血液的重要渠道。本文使用文献调研法、案例分析法、数据分析法、SWOT 分析等方法,运用人力资本、招聘的有效性等理论基础,从校园招聘的目标、渠道、流程、录用率解读华数传媒网络有限公司校园招聘现状,分析了华数传媒网络有限公司校园招聘管理所存在的问题:在校园方面的推广需要加强对应届毕业生的吸引力;面试反馈速度需要提升;薪资方面的吸引力也有待进行加强等问题。针对这些问题,提出改进对策:要从优化校园招聘渠道吸引学生群体;加强与高校合作关系提高简历量;阶段性及时反馈与跟进校园招聘的环节提升学生对企业的好感度;利用政策补贴提高薪酬竞争力等方面进行改善,力求科学、系统的完善华数传媒公司的校园招聘管理工作。关键词:国有企业;校园招聘;改进对策;应届毕业生IAbstractFor the past few years, competition in the market with the rapid development of Chinese enterprises more intense economic evolution, human resource management development of many state-owned enterprises face a critical test on the road to reform.
