本科论文摘 要近年来,国内外经济的不断发展,同行业间的竞争也是愈演愈烈。在竞争中,企业为获得高额利润,必须不断提高自身的销售能力并进行合理的成本管控。在销售市场日趋白热化的情况下,如何进行有效的成本控制就成为各个企业研究的重点话题。汽车行业是我国近期制造业中的重点发展领域,随着国有品牌的高质量发展,国内汽车品牌也伴随着我国“走出去”的发展战略日益兴盛。作为国有汽车品牌,如何能够在争夺国内外销售市场的同时,精确的进行成本控制是各个品牌近期研究的重点内容。通过本文选取华晨中国汽车控股有限公司为代表,对类似的企业成本控制具有现实意义。首先,通过了解成本管理控制的理论研究以及分析总结制造业成本控制方面较为成功的企业经验,通过调查并了解该企业的成本控制现状,发现了该企业在成本管理认知、虚耗能源等方面存在的问题并结合其自身发展状况分析原因。在结合成本控制的相关理论以及该公司的实际情况的基础上,设计了适合的成本控制改进方案,提出了优化研究的举措。希望本文能够为华晨中国汽车控股有限公司在激烈的市场竞争中实现经济利益的增长提供一些指导意义。关键词:汽车行业;成本控制;优化研究本科论文AbstractThe same profession is becoming more and more intense.In the competition, enterprises must constantly improve their sales ability and carry out reasonable cost control in order to obtain high profits.
