风电机组行星齿轮箱振动的监测技术与分析摘要: 行星齿轮箱与定轴齿轮箱截然不同,具有独一无二的特性,因此,在定轴齿轮箱上应用良好的振动故障诊断方法并不适用于行星齿轮箱。对定轴齿轮箱的振动监测和故障诊断方面的研究已经很多,但是对行星齿轮箱在这方面的研究还不足。本文对行星齿轮箱和定轴齿轮箱的结构作了简单介绍和对比,阐述和分析了风电机组行星齿轮箱独有的特征和振动特点,基于目前可采用的方法,再加上与其他学科技术的结合,对风电机组行星齿轮箱的振动的监测技术方面的研究和进展进行了总结和拓展。最后,讨论了目前存在的问题,指出了振动监测技术潜在的研究方向。关键词:风电机组;行星齿轮箱;振动;监测技术Abstract: Planetary gear box with a fixed axis gear box is very different, with unique properties, therefore, on the fixed axis gear box good vibration fault diagnosis method does not apply to planet gear box.
