《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》中的货物相符规则研究【摘要】随着经济全球化的发展和现代经济增长方式的变化，许多公司为了扩大收益渠道，正在向国际化转型升级，中国对外贸易依赖程度不断提高，对外贸易成为了经济发展的新支柱。同时，国际贸易的频繁往来伴随着贸易双方矛盾与分歧的产生，为了贸易的正常有序进行，制定了《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》，它是国际统一法运动的产物，其被广泛适用于世界各国。其中“货物相符”是货物销售的核心问题，但是其出现分歧的案例比比皆是，因此对“货物相符”问题的研究与分析，以及研究如何减少其问题发生并提出合理化建议，具有现实意义，有利于推动该公约全球统一性与适用性。为此本文通过文献研究法等，结合两大法系对货物相符的规定，对“货物相符”规则进行理论分析，以及适用性上存在的问题等，有利于指导贸易当事人正确适用货物相符规则中有关条款，以及增强贸易双方处理“货物不符”纠纷的能力。【关键词】国际贸易；国际货物销售合同公约；“货物相符”规则Study on the rules of conformity of goods in the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods[Abstract] With the development of economic globalization and the change of modern economic growth mode, many companies are transforming and upgrading towards internationalization in order to expand their income channels.
