传统企业数字化转型研究【摘要】在数字时代,所有机构都要积极进行数字化转型,这是一个从适应数字技术到依赖数字技术,逐渐形成数字化思维的过程,它是一次彻底的组织演变,是实现社会管理现代化的重要组成部分。其中,最重要的组织是企业。消费市场的迅猛变化、数字企业的竞争、传统企业间的数字化转型竞争等外部环境,决定了数字化转型是传统企业的必经之路。与过去的转型相比,数字化转型使传统企业转向一个全新的市场环境,尚缺乏成熟参照的模式。本文从数字化转型概念入手,传统企业的数字化转型,包括企业战略、营销、商品、商业模式、管理乃至企业文化和思维方式等整体的数字化转变。通过对实体经济中传统制造企业数字化转型的分析,从制造企业数字化转型内涵、特征到升级模式,进一步以海尔集团为案例,对其战略部署与组织结构分析,着重分析传统企业如何实现数字化转型,并简要分析现阶段传统企业数字化转型带来的新问题并提出解决方法。【关键词】传统企业;数字化转型;数字经济;战略转型注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。Research on Digital Transformation of Traditional Enterprises[Abstract] In the digital era, all institutions should actively carry out digital transformation, which is a process from adapting to digital technology to relying on digital technology and gradually forming digital thinking.
